This Mod aims to overhaul the GrayGarden homestead making it a versatile player home with a workshop, purified water taps, added rooms and overhauled interior. Very useful for survival playthroughs due to its location and water supply.
Version 0.5a added a hotfix for a key to the basement which is usually an expert lock. Key location is in the files readme and below

This mod should be compatible with just about any mod as long as it doesn't directly modify graygarden homestead interior.

- Simply extract the data folder included in the rar file provided to your root Fallout 4 directory
- Alternatively you can use your preferred Mod Manger
