One of the voice actors on my main mod requested this.  TurdFergusonn here is your Head Cannon. Okay so maybe it is just a modified Junk Jet that only fires Skulls, but they are exploding skulls. I also made some Skull Grenades, because it was funny to me.
I tried to use the Broadsider but a bunch of its animations are locked to use the cannonball and I'm not putting that much effort into a Pun Mod.
There is one placed at Jalberts Disposal, the Cannon, Ammo and Grenades are craftable at the ChemStation under "Noggin".
Of course you can always add the weapon and ammo with console commands.  I may do a Twitch video with a walk thru later.  You can use this in your mod so long as you give me credit.

This project was born on the Discord channel for Project Valkyrie in the Mod
Ideas section. I just kind of took over and everyone involved has been
very productive, helpful, cooperative and overall been models of how
well total strangers can come together on a common goal and focus on
what we have in common rather than bicker about our differences.  The
world needs more of that right now. I look forward to presenting the
final project to the world when it's ready.
