Detailed and "lived-in", supports up to 23 settlers. A bar, armor, clothing, chem and general store. Self-sustained for food and water. The walls of the houses being used have been patched. I use the mod Repaired Sanctuary Roofs to repair the roofs, but it's completely optional for you if you don't.
In the player home, I scrapped everything in all the rooms. In the living room, only the couch and seat were scrapped. The kitchen table and chairs were the only things scrapped in the kitchen. The house to the right of the player home, scrap everthing inside the house. As well as the "workshop house" across the street. I left the ran down home to the left of the workshop house. I removed all of the picket fencing around the area of these 4 homes and a couple other specific items. After the transfer has gone through, it would be best to go through the area and remove the pre-existing items that are clipping through.
It's a small list of requirements, unlike my previous blueprints. Eventually I will go through those and clean them up to reduce the need for so many.
