This is the blueprint for my Concrete Fort that is now Graygarden. Took me quite some time to finish as i was constantly trying to make it better and more satisfying yet it is still missing much to be perfect. As such it is up to you to finish it and make it to your liking.
It is recommended you remove/destroy Everything you can with Spring Cleaning or any other such mod of your choice otherwise there will be clipping. Spring cleaning and all mods of this type break precombines and I can't in good conscience recommend the use of such mods. This blueprint should still be usable with vanilla scrapping without any major problems so I will leave it up for the time being. Most "requirements" are also outdated so I also recommend you avoid these too.
DLC Required:
Wasteland Workshop
Contraptions Workshop
Vault-Tec Workshop
Required Mods(Underlined in Red in Export Screenshot):
The Pink Underlined Plugin is Unique Prefabs. I used pink because I think the pillbox (round small bunker) is from there so if you want the pillbox and you don't have it then this one is also recommended/required.
Installation: Use NMM/Vortex. Make sure you don't have any blueprint in folder 17.
Manual Installation: Extract the .json file to: Fallout 4\Data\F4SE\Plugins\TransferSettlements\blueprints\"Folder numbered in your choice (default is 17)" I am not going to be accepting any requests for changes or complete vanilla version. If you want a change you can do it in your save game and for full vanilla it is not that hard to replace the modded items.
