Detailed and "lived-in", supports up to 24 settlers. All of the stores except clothing store.
Self-sustained for food and water. Everything furnished, decorated, cluttered, and debris.
All of the vehices except the ones supporting the broken part of the diner should be scrapped. The back room behind the theatre screen should be scrapped as that is now a chem lab. Everything else can stay.
Make sure the "original items" option is selected for the transfer.
