Update: Make sure to check out Yatz' and I's Tailored Shoulder Bag mod, which incorporates all of my textures and lets you choose whichever texture you'd like in-game, while also letting you easily swap it out later. Highly recommended!
Wearable Postman Shoulder Bag Retextures
Several retextures of the mail bag included in Eferas' great mod 'Wearable Postman Shoulder Bag or Backpack':
Download Eferas' mod first, then override their textures with the ones included in one of my files. Alternately, you can use NMM for easier installation.
The files only replace the default 'Mail Shoulder Bag' texture, not the textures of the others, such 'Green' or 'Vault Dweller'. Only use one file at a time.

- Plain with the 'U.S Mail' logo removed.

- Vault-Tec (normal, black and grey, 111, weathered, weathered in black and grey)
