I needed a place to get in out of the sun when playing with Sanguinaire and decided to use Home Plate. Have tried some really good Home Plate mods, but never really was satisfied with any of them. So...I decided to just remake it how I wanted it.

Thats all you need to create the space. Compact Crafting and Power Conduits and Pylons Overhaul are not necessary though I do suggest using a wireless power radiation mod of some type.
Optional but recommended:

Instructions:
The JSON file is placed in slot 29 of my Transfer Settlements Folder but you can unzip it and put the JSON file in any folder you want.
When you enter Home Plate, walk over to the side that the workbench is on. Make sure to claim the bench. then open console using the tilde key (~) and type "SCRAPALL" without quotes. Make sure you are standing on workbench side or you will fall into infinity when the floor disappears.
Next, open pipboy and go to Transfer Settlements under MISC. Open and find the PLATE file you have placed in your Transfer Settlements Directory. Do not tick the top box that says something about transferring original items. Anything original that is needed will be left by Scrap Everything. Click Build.
After Building, there is a stubborn floor plank that is leftover. You will see it. Open console and click on it to get I.D. then type "DISABLE" and "MARKFORDELETE" without quotation marks
This is an unfurnished blueprint but everyone has their own unique tastes about decor, so load it up with what you like. The roof hatch will be inaccessible after building but who really uses that anyway right?
