Immersive blueprint for NaiRae's Lexington Apartments Settlement mod without any scrapping

I did my best to decorate this small place in an immersive way as a small trading station and providing the most essential workbenches. Doing so I avoided to scrap anything as I do not like the hassle of having to scrap around before importing a blueprint.
Like every settlement I build, it is never considered "finished". But this one is good enough to share it. I change something or add something nearly every time I visit it. So if you want a newer version just let me know.
Features:
- Fit for 10 settlers, more than 10 workstations
- Level 3 merchants for food, weapons, general, armor and clothes
- 2 guard stations and some turrets (for the case that you use mods that sometimes lead enemies into your settlements like I do)
- Weapons and armor workbench on the way up the stairs, as well as a terminal
- Immersive decoration – I also added debris so that the new areas do not look out of place
- First floor: trading station and place to sleep for 7 settlers
- wall papers on the walls to the bathroom and tiles "wallpaper" in the bathroom for more immersion
- second floor: nothing changed but a few things added - e.g. a butcher (also providing food and water for the settlement) as well as a sleeping bag so that the total number of beds go up to 10
Mods:
I am using as many mods as I can find for variety of objects, so this blueprint uses a lot. However some mods are just for minor things you will not need in your game.
So I took the time to write for each mod what it is used for particularly in this settlement in the >requirements< section.
--> you can ignore most of the mods and still get a good result.
Use Transfer Settlements Blueprint Manager to check out which objects are by which mod exactly if you like.
Installation:
I used slot 48 - so move it to another folder if you already use this slot.
What to scrap: nothing.
Bugs:
When entering through the front door with a lot of followers the game may push you behind the first wall so that you look into the void (not NaiRae's or my fault, the game just works this way). If this happens to you just go forward - you will end up in the first floor.
It could be that the clothes rack on the second floor is duplicated when you import the blueprint - I stumbled over it so many times while moving around that I may have accidentally included it in the export.
Have fun!
I would be very happy to see some pictures from your game if you can use my blueprint and extend it or change it for yourself.
