INSTALLATION
You need Transfer Settlements and F4SE up-to-date. Clean and Simple - Sanctuary is also mandatory. Use Scrap Everything until you have a clean slate, but DO NOT scrap the roads. You're now safe to import my blueprint.
Be patient while importing; there's over 2,800 items.
