A settlement blueprint that will support 12 settlers. Fully self-sustained for food and water. Designed to be a small, well fortified outpost where you can drop in and out of for weapon and armor maintenance. Contains an on-site doctor for medical needs.
I left all of the existing structures that were already there and just added to it. The furniture needs to be scrapped and a few trees and bushes here a there but thats it. After the transfer, go through and scrap any vegetation that is cliipping throuigh.
