Cozy outpost at Tenpines Bluff with plenty of building space left. This is designed for the couple originally living there, so all I've done was make a little cabin for them and give them the basics.

INSTALLATION
You need Transfer Settlements and F4SE up-to-date. Clean and Simple - Tenpines Bluff is also mandatory. Use Scrap Everything everything until you have a clean slate. You're now safe to import my blueprint.
