INSTALLATION
You need Transfer Settlements and F4SE up-to-date. Clean and Simple - Abernathy Farm is also mandatory. Use Scrap Everything until you have a clean slate, but DO NOT scrap the electrical tower, tatos, or the fence around the brahmin (Bessie). You're now safe to import my blueprint.
