Cozy farm and outpost for the two settlers at Oberland Station. This is designed for the couple originally living there, so all I've done was make a little cabin for them and give them the basics.

INSTALLATION
You need Transfer Settlements and F4SE up-to-date. Clean and Simple - Oberland Station is also mandatory. Use Scrap Everything until you have a clean slate, but DO NOT scrap the tatos or farm plots (unless you intend to place your own crops and farm plots instead). You're now safe to import my blueprint.
