A rather complex, as far as Homeplate builds are concerned, build that turns Home Plate into an emergency bunker for Diamond City personnel. Meant for Horizon players allied with the Minutemen.

After a major attack on Diamond City, the reformed Minutemen were called in to help defend. To stay people's fears, they petitioned to join the growing union of city-states that would eventually become the Republic. The Minutemen established this bunker for Diamond City residents in case of another invasion, as a sort of "break glass in emergency" solution. The bunker is self sufficient, with hydroponics and water purifiers for ground water and communications to the other Minutemen Enclaves. Until that day comes, however, the bunker serves as a large stockpile of good manufactured in the many enclaves around the Commonwealth, to be sold here in Diamond City. Soldiers on leave can also unwind at Club 86.
