Codsworth has been busy the past 200 years, cleaning up Sanctuary after the bombs dropped, clearing out a lot of dead trees, taking care of all the yards, and just keeping busy awaiting your return.

I'm just getting started making mods, and this is a work in progress. Load at your own risk. I haven't tested it with any other mods yet, but I'd recommend not using any other Sanctuary mods with it. I feel this is in line with the lore, as Codsworth couldn't have just been taking care of the geraniums for over 200 years! He did say he went to Concord a few times, right?Codsworth has been busy the past 200 years, cleaning up Sanctuary after the bombs dropped, clearing out a lot of dead trees, taking care of all the yards, and just keeping busy awaiting your return. He has been kind enough to leave all the spare materials, he didn't use repairing things, in crates under the carport. He's even managed to salvage a set of Power Armor from just outside the Vault and has it waiting for you!

Player Home rebuilt
All roads cleared and cleaned
All destroyed houses removed
Added grass to all yards
Added some young trees
Crates with plenty of materials
Crates with some weapons
T-51 Power Armor
A few select weapons and ammo
