Added an updated version of the preset.
Another Looksmenu preset I made to share. This time around went for a more military styled look. Lt. Pepper Dubois is based around a Gunner type mercenary build. Again, enjoy and feel free to post screenshots. Just unzip the data file and place it in your Fallout 4 directory.
Added a newer version which I believe looks a little better.
