The aim of this mod is to incorporate items from Fallout 4's various DLC's (not CC at this time) into the Commonwealth so that the game feels like one big game when it comes to loot. Most DLC weapons are restricted by level to keep them balanced for early character progression. Expect to see them start to show up in your 20's and 30's.
This mod also attempts to make loot found in containers more realistic to what one would expect from such a container. Suitcases include clothes and travel items like hairbrushes or toothbrushes, meat bags contain meat and body parts instead of ammo or weapons, etc. Nuka Quantum has been removed from the base game's nuka list so it should only spawn in predetermined areas around the Commonwealth (Nuka world's leveled lists are unchanged so it should still spawn there). This was done to help sell the idea that this was a brand new release that was not yet widely distributed before the bombs fell.
This mod is very much a work in progress, so I've probably missed some things. Further testing is required.
