Just an unnamed enb and reshade preset, because names are difficult.

A NAC or NAC X ENB and Reshade
You will also need the latest versions of Reshade and ENB series for Fallout 4
Remember to select "Nameless Preset.ini" in the Reshade GUI by pressing the Home key ingame, You can also select "Nameless Preset Fisheye Lens.ini" if you want the fisheye effect as shown in various screenshots.
The included plugin is optional but will improve some effects such as the sun lens and godrays a little.
