Are you tired of being the only one in the commonwealth that can produce chems? Are you tired of your settlers not doing the real work of producing chems for your drug empire? If you answered yes to both questions then Chem Cookers is for you!

Chem Cookers allows you to build your very own chem empire and gives you the ability to assign settlers to one of the 4 custom chem labs. The 4 types of chem labs included are the Jet Lab, the Mentats Lab, the Psycho Lab and the Buffout Lab. Each lab deposits 10 of its respective chem to the workshop every 24 in-game hours when there is a settler assigned to the lab. After that the chems are yours, you can either sell them or become the biggest chem addict in the commonwealth by consuming all of the chems you earn. Feedback and suggestions on the mod are always appreciated!
Object Descriptions:
Jet Lab: Produces 10 jet every 24 hours using 20 fertilizer and 10 plastic.
Buffout Lab: Produces 10 buffout every 24 hours using 40 Tarberrys and 20 Hubflower.
Psycho Lab: Produces 10 psycho every 24 hours using 20 Hubflower, 10 Acid, 10 Circuitry and 10 Steel.
Mentats Lab: Produces 10 mentats every 24 hours using 20 Antiseptic, 10 Acid, 10 Lead and 20 Brain Fungus.
Brain Fungus Farm: Produces 1 Brain Fungus every 24 hours.
Hubflower Plant: Produces 2 Hubflower every 24 hours.
Manual Installation:
1. Download Chem Cookers from the downloads page.Manual Installation:
2. Extract the files from the archive using your preferred extractor.
3. Drag and drop Meshes, Textures, Models and ChemCookers.esp into your fallout 4 data folder.
4. Start up fallout 4 and test the mod to insure it is working correctly.
5. After insuring the mod is working correctly you should now be able to play the game and enjoy the mod.
