Say hello to Goodneighbor's distant cousin, Little Japan. This is a place where you can find anything from your skimpy red dress to an A-Grade boom-stick. This place carries a lot of style, and is a whole lot cleaner than the infamous Goodneighbor, but the idea is the same.

Featuring a pool where you can sit at, lots of merchants and a hell of a bar. Oh and weed, LOTS of weed. It's no longer the raider camp you used to know, it's a settlement in full bloom, well, once you get settlers of course.
There's only space for 14 people. (Trust me, it's crowded as F**K with 14) There's enough water and food, and the defenses are everywhere but in disguise! So no annoying turrets and stuff. Maybe just 1 or 2 that's in plain sight.
Again, there is no reason for them to just stand around. Every settler has a job.
Weed Bushes - 2 Settlers Apple Tree - 1 Settler Plants - 3 Settlers Guns 'n Ammo Trader - 1 Settler General Goods Trader - 1 Settler Clothing Trader - 1 Settler Clinic - 1 Settler Bar - 1 Settler Restaurant - 1 Settler
Now here's where you might get a liiiiitle disappointed. There's clipping issues, very minor though. The doors on the brick buildings are for decoration purposes only, you can't actually go in there :( I Know... ** It says you need the "Minutemen Morale Mod". You don't, I tried to find the culprit and delete the object but I had no luck so just ignore it.
