General's Alley
This mod requires Transfer Settlements- SSB along with F4SE and HUDFramework.
A small but secure player hideout located close to the center of the map and Diamond City. This spot was actually my preferred home base throughout my first play-through. There are some ramps and an elevator on the top level that can be used to reach the rooftops of the nearby buildings. If you ride the elevator to the 3rd floor and jump to the ledge to the left, you'll be able to scale a short path along the rooftops directly to Diamond city (and a super mutant gang).
Scrapping: You'll want to clear out everything that can be scrapped except for the raised wooden shack and two of the wall pieces at the gateway. If you check the first photo, you'll see the left and right pieces that shouldn't be scrapped and the replacement wall to the right with the settlement name. I think I may have also replaced some of the stilts propping the shack up, so some of what's there should also be removed.
Not much to it, but elrofrost2 recently requested this one so I decided to give it a little tune-up and post it.
Recently, I started playing Fallout 4 again and remembered that my versions of Bunker Hill, Jamaica Plains, Echo Lake Lumber, and Warwick homestead were also pretty decent. I'll probably be doing a little work on those and releasing them over the next couple months. If anyone has any other requests, just let me know. Most of my other settlements aren't nearly as polished as the ones I just mentioned, but they're still pretty good.
