Three settlements where the pub is the main (not lore friendly) building.
1. Fallen tree valley....Just north of Vault 111 scrap the trees in the little valley facing south from the workbench.
Scrap everything helps for 1 tree and a couple of bushes but not necessary.
2. Scavs shack....North of USAF Satellite Station Olivia, nothing to scrap.
3. Hawks Pond....North of Greentop Nursery scrap the cars in the pond they rattle about if you leave them. Also there is a skeleton leaning against the boat that likes to do the rattle.
Northern exposure gives the exact location of these settlements.
