Nvidia's Vault 1080 Patched and Optimized v.1.0 - Portugues do Brasil PTBR
Changelogs
Version v1
Initial release
Nvidia's original Vault 1080 mod has major game-breaking issues that lead to constant CTD and while others have made patches to correct these issues... well, they also took the initiative to add more features like renaming the vault and messing with its contents, inevitably turning into feature-creeps.
Nvidia actually released a patch back in 2018 on a 3rd party host website no one has ever heard about and hence no one is aware of it. Unfortunately, Nvidia's devs are no longer active on neither nexus nor the project itself.
In this file, I included the official patch as well as optimized all the textures using Cathedral Assets Optimizer using BC7 compression (the most efficient level of compression Fallout 4 can use). I also compressed the files into .ba2 format to fix potential stuttering issues (Fallout 4's engine handles ba2 files better than loose files) as well as save both hard-disk space and VRAM use.
The core goal of this mod is not to improve your fps, but you might still experience better performance. I'd suggest using Ultra Quality God Rays Fix if you got performance issues with god-rays.
The original mod is NOT required, you should delete it if you already installed it. Translation mods are not supported since they change the .esp file (unless made with this version of the mod as the base). To install, just use a mod manager (preferably Vortex or MO2) and enable the esp plugin.
