Roaming Cait is the first in a series of Roaming NPC appearance mods I'm making (Piper and Curie are already made, I just need to get some good screenshots of them) This Cait was featured in my "how to make an NPC appearance mod for fallout 4" tutorial.

Recommended mods to look like the screenshots:
Valkyr Female Face and Body textures (version 1.0) - face texture
Nuclear Nude (dirty) - body texture
Looks Menu Customization Compendium (and looks menu) - tattoos/dirt/makeup
Collection of textures and presets for the girls - face details/tint masks
Outfit in screenshots is Just Another Cait Outfit
The body tattoos are custom made and not provided. They were slapped onto the nuclear nude dirty texture. I'm not actually able to upload them, and frankly they're not very good, so if you want a tattoo'd body texture for her I'd recommend using the Looks Menu tattoo overlays or finding another body texture with tattoos on here and using unique followers to give them to Cait.
Note: if the neck seam bothers you, you can just download matching head/body textures.
Uploaded the looks menu presets under optional files. Worth noting that I did not double check these first, I haven't opened fo4 in over a year and i worry if i do it now everything will break. I believe it's the preset I used to make this mod, but if it's been overriden or looks weird let me know and I might be able to fix it. Uploaded by request. Two versions, one should be the main ponytail, the other is another hairstyle. If you use either of these, feel free to upload pics :)
