This blueprint does come with a few problems, for one you MUST HAVE ALL OF VAULT 88 UNLOCKED OR YOU WILL CTD!

- I have had to use the console command moveto player while targeting the Overseer and Clem to get them to path to the desk, and to the exercise bike. The objects have their places in my design (on the third floor of the main structure, in the Overseer's Office, and in the lab), but you can place them where ever you wish to avoid this.
- You likely will have to store or salvage the already existing Overseer's desk that is placed in her Office to get the quest line to move forward. I am definitely open to suggestions and or feedback on what I can do to overcome some of these issues. I would have preferred to just use the elevator to traverse the floors, but the NPCs won't use them, so I added the stairs.
- In order for Manny's night club to be accessible, you will need to have Scrap Everything and you need to modify your fallout4.ini (under the heading [general] ): bUseCombinedObjects=1 to bUseCombinedObjects=0 so that you can scrap the tunnel and tracks. I highly recommend changing this setting back to 1 after scrapping the tunnel and tracks and saving. Cleanup that's needed in the main chamber is pretty much everything except the vault floor(s) themselves
Small update......started to add the area that would be critical in the day to day experiments to ensure the good Doctors work, through The Overseer.....the idea was restricted access to each area, and no access creds would allow entry over the areas primary access management. Basically the Scientists section could be accessed only by Scientists, no maintenance personnel. The Resident's work area could be accessed by everyone. Maintenance access was restricted to strictly Maintenance personnel. More to come.....
