Special thanks to Elianora for the awesome Hangman Alley apartments. I also noticed we were both designing the Alley the same way except that i don't break precombines so i've had to include what i can't scrap. So i decided to borrow a few nice ideas (mostly the generator and the veranda). Since i didn't ask for permission, i would like to credit your work here.

Raiders have traders too, and perhaps you could get a few cash before one of them decide to murder you in the middle of the street. Hangman alley was one of the first settlement i've reworked on my last playthrough for one single reason - Raiders are cool. Well the damn place is also well-positioned and really easily to build. One of the Fly company airplane did crash in the area so a few smart people decided to keep the metal carcass and make a nice place to live & die out of it. Workshop capacity has been moderately increased, two and half vanilla's (663 objects). I don't use anything that messes up with precombines, i build only on vanilla foundations so anyone can download and profit. The Alley is quite a small area so i've designed it to be self sufficient with not much settlers (mostly merchants and random visitors at the hotel). It has enough water, food and beds for a small size colony, merchants and enough defense. It does have a lift, so everything's fine.
Many requirements aren't mandatory, but all mods i'm using are always useful at some point. AWKCR is always needed for one reason, i build its specific workbench in many settlements. Locksmith isn't mandatory at all but i use it to lock doors and containers, it can be really helpful to help defending or just preventing your containers from being robbed by utterly dumb settlers (or even companions). I have no idea about how transfer settlement handles such thing so don't panic if doors are stuck, maybe you need this mod.
Thanks for downloading and feel free to comment if some things are broken or even could be improved.
Light/shader mods i'm using on the screenshots:
Enb PRC (tweaked Hazmat preset), NAC climate overhaul, ELE Fo4 and ultra exterior lightning, Brighter Setllement lights (dim option if i ain't wrong, i never use the bright options) and Brighter Wasteland Workshop Lights.
