Inspired from the now deleted Piper's Scally Edit by foxtrotone, this mod does the same thing, the difference is that it only sits just a bit lower and has the brim pulled down more from vanilla vs it sitting low on the head like the original mod.
I took the two files PiperCapF.nif and PiperCapF_faceBones.nif and loaded them in Outfit Studio and scaled them on the individual x, y, and z axis as needed and then positioned them, Which is what foxtrotone did in the original mod.
