Health of armor pieces is doubled. Legs, Arms, Helmet increased from 50 to 100; Torso increased from 200 to 400
Repair of armor requires increased quantities of components, adhesive is added to the recipe, and Armorer Rank 01 is needed. (and just as with SAR, the PA workbench won't tell you about the Perk requirement,...you just gotta know)
