Removes the text "Preset " from the weapon name so it looks a bit neater in toonx's Kill Tips and Hit Sounds. Also improves the buff to accuracy slightly when fitting a laser sight.

This is a very simple mod (my first one) which includes one UI tweak and one small balancing change.
The awesome AKM Complex mod from NovaFinch prefixes the three weapon preset names with "Preset ". This makes perfect sense in the crafting interface but it looks a bit funky if you use the Kill Tips and Hit Sounds mod from Toonx.
I also didn't like that adding a laser sight to the AKS only increased accuracy by 1 (from 77 to 78, IIRC, at the time). This mod tightens that up a bit more.
I know these two things don't really belong together. I was playing with FO4Edit and this was the result. In the highly unlikely event that people want to actually use one of these tweaks in isolation, I will happily split them into seperate mods.
