About this mod
Scripts to remove debris and some problematic walls from Croup Manor.
As a script, this uses no mod slots; just run it in the console.

This package includes a pair of scripts will remove all of the debris and, optionally, some of the problematic walls that are part of Croup Manor.
This is not a mod; it is a script, and thus all you need to do is run it in the console.
Installation:
Extract the two script files from
Execution:
This is a script, not a mod of vanilla game files, so you have to execute it yourself.
While standing outside somewhere in the Commonwealth, open the game console and execute ONE of the following scripts:

The first of these will remove only the debris piles and other junk that are scattered around on the floors.
The second "aggressive" script will also remove some of the broken wall pieces that are not precombined, allowing you to fill them in with your own constructions.
If you run the first script and decide to run the second one later, you may do so. Both scripts move objects to specific locations, so it is safe to execute these scripts any number of times.
This operation is irreversible. I didn't make a script to put everything back where it started. Because, honestly, why would you want to do that?
You will see all the commands that are part of the script echoed back on the console.
If you're standing in or around Croup Manor when you execute it, then you should also see a lot of things vanish.
Why not make this a mod?
Because I lose patience with the F4CK too quickly and this change isn't worth taking up a slot in your load order.
Also, because Aurelianis might have done it better already.
Recommended:
Scrap Dead Things to get rid of the corpses and ghouls cluttering the area.
Snappy Builds to replace all the walls you're going to destroy, and put up nice wallpapers to cover that nasty plaster.
