About this mod

A compact settlement at Sunshine Tidings COOP. Not that much scrapping to do. But you get everything you need. And plenty of scope for expansion if you want something bigger.

I did this for my own personal use/taste, so you need 16 mods for this. 3 – however- are optional.
Please read the comments on the requirements.

I had in my mind an idea of the Sunshine Coop as a sort of -70es hippie commune/collective. You share just about everything. Though you do have individual cubicles for your bed and personal belongings.

What you get: Food and water. Beds, cooking stations, working showers, -toilets, -baths and -sinks. Plenty of containers. A basic set of workbenches. 5 tier 2 vendors. And a host of guard posts complemented by turrets all around the perimeter.

You don’t get: A player-only bed. A power armor workbench. 

Look at the map:
Scrap the buildings with the yellow cross. 
Scrap trees/rocks in close vicinity to the original foundations.
Scrap the foundations too.
Scrap everything inside once you’re done looting.
Leave only the workbench and the robot terminal – with the cabinet it is standing on.
Scrap the farm plot in the middle. That’s where the greenhouse will be.
Scrap rocks and roots too. You can leave the cluster of trees.

The blueprint is some 560 items. Make sure you have the budget for it.
On import, make sure to check “import original items” and “import marker based items” 

On “Crimsonrider’s unique furniture”: 2 chairs and the grill on the outside deck.
On “Ground”: 2 tiny water plots for tarberries and bloodleaf.
On “Weed”: Just for fun. I thought it fit the idea.
On 2 different mods for brahmin troughs. One would have been enough.
