Replaces the ugly vanilla 10mm pistol with The Colt Delta Elite from RapDoug's Colt Delta Elite Reanimated (Revival), which is an improved reupload of Kaspwe's original mod, Colt Delta Elite - Standalone.

Keeps all of Frost's weapon changes to the 10mm Pistol, except the standard ammo capacity is now 8 instead of 12, in line with the Colt Delta Elite ammo capacity.
