This is my current Homeplate/DC Factory Transfer Settlement Blueprint that I designed for my EFT/STALKER style Fallout

While setting up my load order for my EFT/STALKER style Fallout 4 playthrough I decided I was gonna give settlement building another try as I hadn't done much real building in a few years. So as a small kick start to the building brain I decided using the EFT Hideout pictures as reference and the amazing Diamond City Factory 2130 Extended mod by H3S I set out to make my very own hideout.
This blueprint only covers the areas shown in screenshots a large portion of the player home is left empty to allow for you to setup manufacturing or whatever you want in the player home.
This is the 2.0 release of my transfer settlement blueprint and marks the most likely final release as any further building I do in this settlement will be related to manufacturing.
