Well i was originally going to put this as a shareable transfer settlement but after a few tries and not working properly the way i wanted to i decided to put this as a save file. This is a settlement based on Gourmetrix Red Rocket Glowing Sea Settlement.

Well i was originally going to put this as a shareable transfer settlement but after a few tries and not working properly the way i wanted to i decided to put this as a save file. This is a settlement based on Gourmetrix Red Rocket Glowing Sea Settlement. Originally an unmarked location. This settlement has potential to be housing as it also has an interior that works, the only cause is that is a ghoul settlement.
The Mayority of this settlement is the main game structures so it will look like what the pictures will offer. A variety of settlers may arrive at the settlement though i recommend ghouls settlers if you have a mod to make them appear at least here.
*If you have more look than me you could export this or even rebuilt the settlement further, no complaints and not looking for anyone to verify this to me.
