DESCRIPTION
A group of farming & scavenging ghouls that is fully self-sufficient. Will support 22 settlers.
SCRAPPING
The tables and chairs surrounding the pool should be scrapped. A couple sections of the chainlink fence also needs to be scrapped. It's complicated to explain, so I would suggest importing in the blueprint, and then scrapping those sections that need it. The wire fencing around the crops needs to be removed.
