This simple mod removes the HUD sneak indicator by replacing the text (HIDDEN, DETECTED, CAUTION, and DANGER) with thousands of spaces. The brackets are out of the screen so they are visually removed as well.
For many players, there are several reasons to get rid of the sneak indicator. Some seek immersive experience, and some want sneak be nerfed for more challenging gameplay. NPCs usually say something about your sneakiness so you can still know your situation without the indicator.
