About this mod
Most of the place is based on items in the vanilla game. It is a farming settlement, where settlers farm fruits and vegetables.

To make this settlement you must get rid of a few trees and the corpses of the bloodbugs and previous settlers, brahmin as well for those using Advanced Workshop Food Harvesting, you must store wild carrot flowers, wild melon blossoms and the wild corn that can be found in the settlement mod, use those for later after scrapping a few trees and the water to make room for the ground yard that will have planted most of the food.
