Vault 88 City, the biggest settlement I could build without going through the void.
The atrium is a 5 story mall, there are a lot of huge open spaces, I didn't build many interiors, so you can make them as you like, there is a swiming pool with a diving platform (Build Your Own Pool required), many shops (sim settlements required), a wireless power system (Mass Fusion Wonder Power required) and some more.
I am not a pro, and I did it for my game, but since I am satisfied I want to share.

Thanks to SuperSledgeNY, import the settlement with the "Restore Wired Connections" option DISABLED, I didn't know that issue with Mass Fusion Wonder Power.
Anyway if the power doesn't work you have only to replace some connectors.
