Small change for the pulse explosion's Impact Data Set. Pulse explosion will drain the fusion core less if you have the Nuclear Physicist perk - 5% without the perk, 3% with NP lvl1, 1% with NP lvl2 and no drain with NP lvl3.

This mod adds new Misc modification for the Power Armor leg pieces - Tesla Coils. With this modification equipped, the PA will produce a pulse explosion upon Impact Landing, which will hurt only hostile NPCs. Each time performing this, will drain the fusion core by 5%, but only while in combat. You must construct the Tesla Coils for both leg pieces, otherwise it will not work. The pulse explosion has very similar characteristics to the one from pulse grenades, including the amount of energy damage it deals.
The plugin contains brand new forms, it won't conflict with anything. All vanilla PA models are supported, including Raider. Custom PAs may support this, if they use vanilla Mod Association keywords - ma_PA_Leg and ma keyword for left/right leg (example: ma_PA_Leg and ma_T45_LLeg; ma_PA_Leg and ma_T45_RLeg).
The plugin has ESL flag.
I've prepared a resource plugin and article with tutorial, if you want to add Tesla Coils for the leg pieces of your own PA mod, without the need to add any dependency.
Recommended mods: Impact Landing Stagger Fix - the stagger from impact landing won't make NPCs angry at you. Tesla Mods Fix - fixing the Tesla T-60 effect to increase the energy damage of the Tesla Bracers and Coils, also of the pulse and plasma grenades. Mechanist Power Armor - it has the Tesla Coils for PA legs. I did the first implementation there, while helping with that mod's plugin. Check it out, it has quite the customization options and paints. Sneak For PA Impact - impact landing is performed only when you hold the sneak button.
