I was hesitant if I should share this as optional file in my Tesla Coils for PA Legs. I decided to share it as a standalone bug fix. The developers made the impact landing spell harmless to friendly(or neutral) NPCs, but the stagger effect still makes them turn hostile to you. This is my version for a fix. It's quite simple, I got rid of all the flags, which were enabled for the magic effect. It seems that none of them were necessary for the stagger to work. I enabled only one flag - "no hit event". If you don't hit them, they won't get angry at you.
This will conflict with mods, which change the same magic effect.
The plugin has ESL flag.
Recommended mods: Sneak For PA Impact - impact landing is performed only when you hold the sneak button.
