Tired of the ugly vanilla weapons? Love all of your modded weapons, but wish they were in the LLs? KNOW HOW TO USE FO4EDIT? Wanted to do this for a long time but got discouraged looking at all the LLs to see which ones to edit?
Well, look no further than this mod, as it will provide the ground work for removing all vanilla weapons (melee included) from the base game, provided you're willing to put in a bit of work.

This mod does the following
-Removes 99.9% of all Weapons/Melee/Grenade spawns
-Provides a template for you to add your own modded items into the Leveled List

Step 1. Download, install, enable. This mod must take priority over all other Weapon/Grenade mods both in the load order and the plugins, that means that this mod (Weapons LL Overhaul) must load after (Insert weapon mod).
Step 2. launch FO4Edit (Xedit), load in the (Weapon LL Overhaul.Esp) mod and any other Weapon/grenade mod you want to add to the LL.
Step 2. Right click the LL Overhaul mod, Add masters to mod, then select the Weapons/Grenades you want to add to the LL.
Step 3. Head to the Weapons LL Overhaul mod and open it by hitting the expand+ button, then open the Leveled item tab. here you will see several categories such as "DMRs" "Assault Rifles" Ext.
Open the weapon/Grenade mod you want to add, head to the tab called "Weapon" and copy the form id by either control c or right clicking and changing the form id and hitting copy then cancel.
Step 4. Once you have the Form ID of the item you want to add to the LL, all you need to do is paste it into the categories "Null reference" in the "Leveled item entries" section of the weapon category.
Wala you are done, save and exit.
