This blueprint will add my Warwick homestead settlement build to your game via the "Transfer Settlements" mod.

Much of the build has been matched to the existing aesthetic. But includes housing, shops, workshop stations in addition to the existing settlement.

Optional download mod file to remove the existing broken bridge.

Requirements
Permissions and credits
Warwick homestead. 
Built in-keeping with the existing settlement aesthetic, using similar materials such as the warehouse, industrial pods and catwalks, chainlink fences and concrete. 
There are workshop areas, a bar and general/armour/weapon/clothing stores, clinic, guard towers, housing, and the existing sizeable farm. 
A central generator and full wiring around the settlement, mainly with conduit. 

Settlement stats for 21 people are: 
29 Food
46 Water 
100 Power 
22 Beds 
162 Defence 

This blueprint will add 1859 items to Greentop Nursery. 

This has been exported with Transfer Settlements 1.93 and includes all the wiring. Send some love to CDante for getting this working as it makes complex settlements like this work straight away without you needing to do any work.
This will be installed in slot 10 of Transfer Settlements by default. 

It's recommended that you scrap/store everything within the settlement first and use the option to include "original items". Some of which I kept and moved, this will lead to you having overlapping copies of those items if you don't remove them first... 

This was built with access to all the DLC, and uses many mods to complete the structure and decorate it, which you will need if you want everything shown (see below for list). But you can still use this blueprint if you are missing any of the mods, you will just be missing those assets.

Important: I created a mod to remove certain sections of the broken bridge over the pools to allow me to build in and around those locations. 
I have included this mod in the "Optional Files" section. You will require this, or a similar mod/workaround, to avoid the bridge sections getting the way and clipping through some of the build. 

This is optional as you may not want that section of my build, you may want to keep the existing bridge and work around it, or you may have another way of moving/removing it. 

This mod file will add a small .esp to your load order which will add a traffic cone to the settlement (near the bridge). Scrapping the cone will disable the bridge sections. See pictures above. 

Changes in detail: 
- Removes the "respawn" tag on the bridge sections in question. 
- Adds a traffic cone to the settlement. 
- Links the bridge sections to the cone as their "enable parent". 

Install/uninstall. 
With your preferred mod manager. 
Or
Copy the WarwickBridgeRemovalCone.esp into the Data folder and enable the plugin.

Disabling the plugin should cause the bridge sections to respawn at their next possible opportunity (travel away from the location and return "later" if not instant).
