This mod converts all NPCs in America Rising to Anime Characters trough the race mod "AnimeRace Nanakochan".

Nanakofy - America Rising
Nanakofy - America Rising converts all NPCs in America Rising to Anime Characters.
The file is marked as light plugin and will not take a load order slot.
We will make America great again
And the answer is: a total Anime Conversion.
It took me a year to actually start on this since i was very new to moding and just bit of more then i can chew.
But now i am better, faster, more intelligent.
My output has risen to Frank Horrigan levels.
Since Nanakochan has only models for female characters, i had to make the decision to make all characters Female.
If that breaks your immersion, then try this:
The serving women you now see were the wives and friends of those courageous soldiers stationed at the Enclave oil rig,
who were killed by some "chosen one" type of Vault dwelling douche who blew up the Enclace way back when.
But the real question is:
Why are you out of you uniform soldier?! WHERE IS YOUR POWER ARMOR?
DON'T HAVE ANY?
YOU EXPECT ME TO BELIVE THAT, MAGGOT?
THE TRUTH IS YOU LOST AN EXPENSIVE PIECE OF ARMY-ISSUE EQUIPMENT.
THAT SUIT IS GOING TO COME OUT OF YOUR PAY
AND YOU WILL REMAIN IN THIS MANS ARMY UNTIL YOU ARE FIVE HUNDRED AND TEN YEARS OLD
WHICH IS THE NUMBER OF YEARS IT WILL TAKE FOR YOU TO PAY FOR A
MARK II POWERED COMBAT ARMOR YOU HAVE LOST!
REPORT TO THE ARMORY AND HAVE A NEW SUIT ISSUED TO YOU, THEN REPORT BACK TO ME, PRIVATE!
