  • Installation guide for zestoflemon's Battlefield 4 Animation Pack - Beretta M9-FS

    1. Download the base mod and zestoflemon's BF4 M9-FS Animation Pack.

    2. On the folder where you download the BF4 Pack, go to ""Meshes\Actors\Character\_1stperson\Animations\Beretta 92FS".

    3. On "Extended Magazine Fast" and "Standard Magazine Fast" folder, there will be "WPNReload.hkx" in it. Rename them to "WPNReloadReserve.hkx".

    4. Take the "WPNReloadReserve.hkx" from each ""Extended Magazine Fast" and "Standard Magazine Fast" folder to "Extended Magazine" and "Standard Magazine" folder respectively.

    You don't need the "Extended Magazine Fast" and "Standard Magazine Fast" folder anymore, so feel free to delete them.

  • Patch tutorial for cyanide4suicide's Weapon Replacers

    A patch tutorial if you use any of cyanide4suicide's weapon replacers and my Tactical Reload patches. You would need to use FO4Edit to patch this.

    1. Load weapon ESP and the replacer ESP you're patching, alongside "TacticalReload.esm" (and my TR patch, as those affect the original weapon record, while this tutorial is for patching replaced vanilla weapon record).

    You can load my patch's ESP after the replacer ESP, or the other way around. Doesn't really affect anything.

    2. Right-click on the replacer ESP, choose "Add Masters", and add "TacticalReload.esm" as a master for the replacer ESP.


    3. Go to the (replaced) vanilla weapon record on the replacer ESP, and add "AnimsReloadReserve" as a keyword.

  • Installation guide for the BFV PPK Tactical Reload Patch

    1. Download the base mod.

    2. Open "PPKBFV - Main.BA2" with Archive2 or anything that can open BA2, extract ALL "WPNReload.hkx". In total, there would be 2 "WPNReload.hkx" extracted.

    Each folder has a "WPNReload.hkx" inside it.

    3. Rename the "WPNReload.hkx" from "PPK BFV\NS\Reload Full" folder into "WPNReloadReserve.hkx".

    4. Move both "WPNReload.hkx" from "PPK BFV\NS\Reload Empty" folder and the renamed "WPNReloadReserve.hkx" from "Reload Full" folder outside of their respective folders.

    Now, the "PPK BFV\NS" folder should have both "WPNReload.hkx" and the renamed "WPNReloadReserve.hkx". Delete the "PPK BFV\NS\Reload Empty" folder and the "PPK BFV\NS\Reload Full" folder as it servers no p...

  • Installation guide for the BFV StG44 Tactical Reload Patch

    1. Download the base mod. New patch now no longer requires AnotherOne's Addon, but has optional support for it.

    2. Open "StG44BFV - Main.BA2" with Archive2 or anything that can open BA2, extract ALL "WPNReload.hkx". In total, there would be 4 "WPNReload.hkx" extracted.

    There would be "StG44 BFV\NS" and "StG44 BFV\S", and each folder has "Reload Empty" and "Reload Full" folder inside of them.

    
    3. Now, on both "StG44 BFV\NS\Reload Full" and "StG44 BFV\S\Reload Full" folders, rename the "WPNReload.hkx" into "WPNReloadReserve.hkx".

    4. On both "StG44 BFV\NS" and "StG44 BFV\S" folders, take the "WPNReload.hkx" from the "Reload Empty" folder and the renamed "WPNReloadReserve.hkx" from the "Reload Full" ...

  • (Troubleshooting)

    Problem #1 : If you are partial reloading your gun, and then this happens : 

    Then, that means that the "AnimsReloadReserve" keyword isn't detecting any "WPNReloadReserve.hkx", or the Race of the gun (HumanRace,PowerArmorRace) doesn't have any "pistol" folder. This can be fixed by either putting the right animation into the correct location, or add the "pistol" folder into your Race.


    Problem #2 : If you are partial reloading your gun, and then this happens :

    (note : this might look normal, but i was trying to partial reload the gun and no response)
    Then, that means that Tactical Reload's "GunBehavior.hkx" and other behavior files from TR are overwritten by something else. Try to find the mod that's overwriting it, and remove it.
