Say hello to the fortified player home of Croup Manor.
this mod adds a settlement transfer blueprint for people which want a a secure player home next to the sea.
please try to be understanable this is my first "mod" so any issue that occur just tell me and i will see what i can do

Lore: The Croups were a rich familly that had affiliation to the US Government now know as the Enclave due to this they had inside knowledge on the FEV program so they spent half of their fortune to fortify the manor and built a bunker (which needs to be dicovered as it is hidden) but unfortunately they did not make it in time so now the SS has claimed the Manor as its own.
It is recommended that you send 4 to 5 companions there because it is meant to be protected by the SS most truested allies
