Based on "Gage's Apartment" from My Popular Starlight Raider Capital Build, for The Chaos In Fallout Build Challenge. Survivalist's Nook is a great little apartment for a New Playthrough of any style. The deco is intentionally spars but it has everything you need to get you started. PLUS I added items should you "WANT" to make a full settlement!

1 Custom Bed (Based on a SarDeliac Cot design)
5* Water
4 Custom Crafting Stations (Cooking, Weapons, Amorour and Chemistry)
1 Bathroom (w/ Working Shower)
Tons of Storage (Because DUH!)
I also added a few items to help you get started, I tried to make it "immersive"! This is meant as a "Self Starter". There are items for you to "unbox". If you chose not to read the backstory, I pretty much covered the basic starter items. (1 Large Water Purifier, A Salvage Beacon Desk etc.) Considering I only used Place Everywhere and My Imagination, there packed pretty immersive like.. and stuff! xD

I didn't want to conflict with other great mods and I wanted YOU to expand on my build. You could just keep this as a small Player Home. Think of this as a blank slate and you could go Raider if you wanted.

I moved Bob's Back Story to a separate ReadMe File if interested in His story. It's a long one, as I wanted to "Paint The Picture"! (I rambled a bit)
