About this mod

After doing another playthrough of Fallout New Vegas, (You may have heard of it?) I thought to myself, Red Rock Drug lab is a cool little mini cell, out of the way and easy to defend! I decided I wanted something like that in FO4! Using a variety a "Scrappy yet Simple" Mods and a little creativity, I came up with a pretty cool little build!

A Simply Thematic Tenpines Bluff v1 Includes: 3 Beds (Ones for you or a Merchant), 12 Food, 16 Defense, 3 Water, A Toilet, A Redesigned Shack for The Original Settlers, An Optional "Player Home"/ Store Starter Kit out back, 1 ARTISAN CHEMISTRY STATION, 1 Cooking Stove, 1 Classic Weapons Bench and I even made a scrappy little shop for our old pal Lucas Miller (The Traveling Armorer)! Oh and I "fixed" the floor on the Old Busted House out back using a Snappy House Kit Foundation and some trickery! It's not meant to be "OVER THE TOP", just simple and interesting. (I kept it scrappy) xD

I HIGHLY RECOMEND USING DISABLE/MARK FOR DELETE (~) on The Original Shack, the Old Matrasses and the Original Campfire that are from Vanilla, I replaced EVERYTHING! Feel free to "scrapall" with console I do not indorse Scaping Mods but you be you man.. SUPER IMPORTANT, MAKE SURE TO "IMPORT MARKER BASED ITEMS"! Otherwise you will have to place Thematic Markers for Lucas and His Crew yourself. <3

Version 1

Similar to my Starlight Starter Kit Blueprint I designed the Player Home/Merchant's House to be added on to, ie an "Immersive" Fixer Upper! Turn it into a big house overtime, keep it for yourself or SCRAP THE WHOLE THING and take the materials and run... ("Run Forest, RUN!") Seriously though, I just hope you like what I did here and it will give you some great inspiration or at the very least show you how much I care about "Craftsmanship"! In my personal opinion, the shack I made, looks great as is, half finished! (I'm Very OCD when it comes to my art!) ;)

In regards to the changes I made to the Original Shack...

When I first built here, creating Version 1, I was able to select most pieces of the shack in console and disable them. However after I came back for Version 2, I found that everything I selected in console was now marked as a Non AV Reference. Frustrated, I decided to disable precombines, so that I didn't need to download Scrap Everything.. which basically does the same thing! Anyway, apologies if you had to do this yourself.. Much love peeps!

v2 Adds:

A Fully Decorated Weapons Shop, 3 Beds (One Is Dogmeat's), An Artisan Weapons Bench, 1 Working Sink, It's Own Outhouse, An Outdoor Cooking Area, Tons of Storage and Is Fully Decorated*! If you are unable to enter Gruber's right after loading it in (invisible wall), this is due to a windmill that needs to reset it's hit box. Save and reload OR leave for three in-game days and return.
