change wanderer rank 3 to make more sense
changes the description of Wanderer from “If you control no settlements, you earn double 50% extra XP from kills."(?? double 50%?) to “If you control no settlements, you earn an extra 50% more xp from kills." this is what is supposed to happen according to the frost wiki and clarifies things a lot more. This is a very small mod that is more of a test mod for me to dip my toes into modding. should be compatible with anything that frost is compatible with, as it only changes the text in a perk description. load after FROST in your load order.
