Fixes animation problems with LtCommander's ClassicSniper

All credit does to LtCommander and Hitman47101, I am just fixing bugs.
NOTE: You must uninstall the original mod otherwise the files in that mod will overwrite the archived files in this mod.
This fixes some issues with the animations for the DKS-501 ClassicSniper by LtCommander.
For some reason the left collarbone was rotated too far forward for all of the 1st person animations making it jut out in front of the camera and causing clipping of left shoulder armor pieces with the camera. This is worse on higher FOV settings.
I've painstakingly re-created the 1st-person anims without this problem.
Also added 3rd person character and power armor reloads.
Also packed all the assets into BA2 files to allow for compatibility with other mods.
TODO:
- 3rd person reload anim looks a bit unnatural might touch it up a bit.
