Cozy outpost at County Crossing with plenty of building space left. This is designed for the couple originally living there, so all I've done was make a little cabin/greenhouse combo for them to give them the basics.

INSTALLATION
You need Transfer Settlements and F4SE up-to-date. Clean and Simple - Country Crossing is also mandatory. Use Scrap Everything until you have a clean slate. You're now safe to import my blueprint.
